Researcher at the University of Gothenburg, School of Business, Economics and Law, Department of Law, granted the Swedish Institute, Visby Program scholarship. Granted the municipal government of Shanghai scholarship at the Shanghai University. Graduated of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw and the Center for American Law. Participant of the Lithuania Summer Law School Climate Change, Energy and Trade Law. Scholar of the Minister of Science and Higher Education.
President of the ABC Institute. Vice-President, Director General of Eastern Wind Foundation. Member of the SI Network for Future Global Leaders. Member of the Polish Electricity Association. Between 2009-2012, Executive Director of the Public Board of National Program for Reduction of Emissions.
Expert in the field of energy law, economy, and energy sector. Author of about 60 papers and reports on renewable and conventional energy, administrative, energy, environmental, and nuclear law.
